1、第一部分 第五章 中药药事管理5.2.8中药从业人员在职教育培训制度（一）目的：为提高本院中药从业人员素质，充实其知识与技能，以增进工作质量及绩效，特制定本制度。（二）适用范围：本院从事中药饮片、中成药有关的药学人员。（三）主管部门：药剂科1、本院药学人员年度、月份培训内容的拟定。2、培训制度的制定及修改。3、本院药学人员在职教育培训实施成果及改善对策的汇总分析和汇报。4、学习培训、考察计划的审议；学习培训、考察实施情况的督导、追踪、考核。5、邀请上级药学专家到本院举办专题讲座、培训等事项。（四）培训的实施1、药学部依据培训计划
2、定期实施并负责培训活动的全部事宜。2、培训结束后进行考试，由相关部门监督。3、各项在职学习培训实施时，参加受训学员应签到，经办部门应随时了解出勤状况。4、参训人员应按照规定准时参加，因故不能参加者应办理请假批准手续。5、各项培训考试或测验缺席者，事后一律补考，不补考者，一律以旷工计算。6、学习培训的考试测验成绩报告，列入绩效考核及晋升职务的参考。meettheconstructiondrawingsprovidedstrengthandworkabilityofconstructionrequirements,mixingrat
