1、塔里木油田API油、套管粘扣损坏原因分析及综合治理骆发前1吕拴录1，2周杰1秦宏德1龚建文1乐法国1迟军1谢又新1聂采军11塔里木油田,新疆库尔勒，8410002中国石油大学，北京昌平，,102249摘要：对塔里木油田API油、套管粘扣问题进行了全面调查研究，对部分油、套管抽样进行了上、卸扣试验和下井试验。认为油、套管粘扣原因既与产品质量有关，也与使用操作不当有关。为保证订货油、套管的质量，制定了塔里木油田油、套管抽样上、卸扣试验补充技术条件，按照此技术条件执行已经发现几个工厂油、套管存在粘扣问题，按照此技术条件进行索赔谈判已经取
2、得成功。使用操作不当导致油、套管粘扣的因素主要包括碰伤、偏斜对扣、引扣不到位、上扣速度快、上扣控制方法不当等。为解决油田使用操作不当导致的粘扣问题，研制了“预防油、套管粘扣的新型引扣钳”和“新型快速装卸螺纹保护器”两项专利产品，并制定了塔里木油田油、套管使用和维护操作规程。以上两项专利产品的推广应用不但可有效地防止由于引扣不到位和螺纹碰伤导致的粘扣，而且还可以大幅度地减轻工人劳动强度，提高油、套管下井速度。对塔里木油田油、套管使用和维护操作规程在3口井试行的结果，效果非常理想。关键词：油管 套管 粘扣 螺纹保护器 对扣器
