6、渣作为水泥混合材,已有很长的应用历史。20世纪80年代,分别制定了国家标准GB/T6645《用于水泥中的粒化电炉磷渣》和建材行业标准JC/T740《磷渣硅酸盐水泥》。磷渣粉作为混凝土掺和料在我国水电工程和工业与民用建筑中得到了成功的应用,但由于尚未制定作为混凝土掺和料的磷渣粉标准,影响了磷渣在工程中的推广应用。研究工作的深入和应用经验的积累,为本标准的制定提供了依据。磷渣粉在水工混凝土中的应用,可以节约水泥,改善混凝土的性能,解决我国部分地区水电工程混凝土掺和料供应不足的问题,而且可以减少污染,有利于环境保护。本标准在制定过程中
7、,参考了国内外相关标准中适合我国水工混凝土掺用磷渣粉的有关内容,吸收了磷渣粉在水工混凝土中的应用研究成果,同时突出了掺磷渣粉水工混凝土的特点。本标准主要内容包括:磷渣粉技术要求、试验方法、IIIDL/T5387—2007检验与验收、保管、水工混凝土掺用磷渣粉的技术要求、质量控制和检查。本标准的附录A、附录B、附录C、附录D、附录E、附录F是规范性附录。本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出。本标准由电力行业水电施工标准化技术委员会归口并负责解释。本标准负责起草单位:长江水利委员会长江科学院。本标准参加起草单位:南京水利科学研究院、中国水
