3、gyhasbeenchosenforconvertercontrol.Finally,theconvertermodelingandsimulationarepresentedandPCBlayoutisdesigned.Keywords:Flyback,anLT3574IC,PCBI.INTRODUCTIONThegoalofthisprojectistodevelopandbuildaprototypeofahigh-efficiency,high-temperatureisolatedDC-DCconvertertobeusedasa
4、biasedpowersupplyfordrivingacomplementaryIGBTpair.Itisimportantthattheconvertercandelivertherequiredpoweratanambienttemperatureofupto100℃;thereforeithastobeefficientsothatitscomponentsdonotexceedtheirmaximumtemperatureratings.Thefinalconverterwillbecompletelysealedandpotte
5、dinametalcase.Theinputvoltagerangeforthisconverterisfrom9Vto36V.Theoutputsideshavetwoterminals,oneis﹢16Vandtheotheroneis﹣6V.Inordertogetthedesiredperformance,anLT3574ICchipfromLinearTechnologyisused.Thekeytothisdesignistheflybacktransformer.ThetransformerusingplanarEI-core
