2、殖技术,以及生根过程中过氧化物酶(POD),多酚氧化酶(PPO)和吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)的活性变化.结果表明:外源激素种类对扦插生根率影响最大,其次是激素的质量浓度和处理时间.不同外源激素种类,激素质量浓度间生根率差异显着.所有处理中,NAA的质量浓度为100mg?L处理的插穗生根率最高,达到76%.欧关山杨杂种嫩枝微扦插生根过程可分为愈伤组织形成期,生根诱导期和表达期3个阶段.PCD活性在愈伤组织形成期,不定根诱导期呈上升趋势,在生根表达期下降;IAAO活性在愈伤组织形成期,不定根诱导期上升,在生根表达期保持较高活性,而在很生长后期下降
