5、talanalysis,butalsotheinternalenvironmentoflistedcompaniesforanalysis,andthenprescribetherightmedicinetosolveproblems.Onlybysolvingthesetwomajorfinancingproblems,China'slistedcompaniescanbeagoodmomentumtowardthedevelopmentandadvancement.Inthispaper,the
6、useofdocumentaryresearchmethod,throughextensiveandin-depthonthepredecessorsorthecurrentacademictheorystudyconcluded.ThencombinethetheoryandChinascholars,thefacts,systematicallyanalyzethestatusoflistedcompanies,parsingwhy,afterthesplitsharestructurerefo
7、rmoftoday,China'slistedcompaniespreferequityfinancingisstillthereasonfortheexistence,until,generallysharetheviewthatledtothesplitsharestructure;andanalysisofChina'slistedcompaniesinterestedinfinancingphenomenamaliciousreasons.Thenaccordingtothereasonsf
