1、洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文)轴承专用车床主传动系统设计摘要作为主要的车削加工车床,轴承套圈专用车床是适合大批量生产,大功率,高效率的半自动化车床,它主要用于轴承套圈的车削加工,也可用于加工盘类、短轴类、套类等零件,在该机床上采用多把刀具同时加工零件,也可采用仿形刀架加工各成型表面。本设计主要针对液压卡盘多刀仿形车床主传动系统进行设计。主传动系统的功用是支撑主轴和传动其旋转,并使其实现起动、停止、变速、变向等。主传动系统的传动机构包括定比机构和变速机构两部分,前者仅用于传递运动和动力,或进行升速、降速,采用齿轮传动副;后者用来使主轴变速,
2、采用滑移齿轮变速机构,其结构简单紧凑,传动效率高。开停装置用于控制主轴的起动和停止。换向装置用于改变主轴的旋转方向。设计的内容主要有机床主要参数的确定,传动方案和传动系统图的拟定,对双向片式摩擦离合器进行设计,它是主轴的起动和停止以及换向装置,对离合器的主要零件摩擦片进行计算和验算,利用CAD绘图软件进行零件的设计和处理。关键词:车床,床头箱,换向,离合器4洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文)SPECIALLATHEBEARINGMAINTRANSMISSIONSYSTEMDESIGNABSTRACTAsthemainlatheworklath
