1、天津市融资租赁发展存在问题与对策研究 STUDYONTHEPROBLEMSANDCOUNTERMEASURESOFTHEDEVELOPMENTOFFINANCIALLEASINGINTIANJIN专业：2012财务管理（双学位）姓名：指导教师：申请学位级别：学士论文提交日期：2016年5月30日学位授予单位：天津科技大学摘要随着世界经济的发展，融资租赁业作为一个新型产业在经济发展中的作用越来越大。天津市作为全国北方经济重要的一环，发展融资租赁行业是必不可少的重要环节，但在其行业发展中存在着许多问题，那么解决这些问题，保证融资租赁行业的健康发展成为经济工作的重中之重。本文从融资租赁
2、的基本概念入手，首先分析了融资租赁行业的功能和作用，融资租赁对天津市主要有四大功能，分别是融资功能，产品促销功能，投资功能和资产管理功能。其次重点分析了现阶段天津市融资租赁行业发展过程中存在的问题，虽然在现阶段融资租赁行业在天津市发展的比较迅速，但是由于国家政策，法律环境，行业自身环境的限制，不可避免的会出现一系列问题。这些问题表现在融资租赁法制环境差，机构资信低，行业人才匮乏，以及市场开拓能力差。以及这些问题存在的原因，这些问题出现的原因主要有法律制度不健全，管理部门监管不到位，行业没有统一的标准，人才选拔制度存在一定的问题。最后结合现阶段天津市的实际情况和国家队融资租赁行业的
