2、文化建设，对民营企业的健康发展有着极其重要的意义。本文从企业文化的内涵及其对企业的现实意义出发，具体分析了民营企业企业文化建设现状和存在的问题，提出了民营企业在企业文化建设方面的对策。最后以东航化工公司为案例，在对其企业文化建设方面存在问题作了客观分析，正对存在问题提出了整改建议。关键词：民营企业发展研究对策东航公司AbstractEnterprisecultureisthesoulofenterprisedevelopmentisthecorecompetitivenessofenterprisestoimproveastrongpillar.Asani
