2、nUniversity,Xi’an,China摘要近年来，随着社会经济的高速发展，我国工程建设领域取得了显著成绩，然而受我国建筑市场发育不良、传统体制的束缚及管理和操作经验不足等因素的制约，工程建设在招投标工作发展中遇到了一些突出的问题，这些问题会严重制约工程建设发展难以跨越的瓶颈。本研究分析工程建设招投标的基本概念、原则、主要程序、管理体系及管理机构的主要任务，对于建设工程招投标工作中存在的主要问题以及目前国内招投标现状进行了阐述。根据多年从事招投标工作经验，针对一些现存的招投标实例进行剖析，以提供有益工程招投标的建议。对于更好的维护招标投标
