1、中图分类号:TE53单位代码:11414学号:2013212616题目海上稠油举升井筒降粘方法优选专业或领域石油与天然气工程研究方向海洋石油工程专业硕士生蒋瑜指导教师杨进教授现场导师范白涛高级工程师二○一六年五月摘要摘要海上稠油举升过程中,稠油粘度大,流变性差,井筒举升困难,影响稠油油田高效开发。本文基于国内外调研,通过对稠油举升过程中的井筒传热分析,针对海上稠油举升特点,总结了井筒温度分布规律,利用已钻渤海典型稠油井进行拟合、校对、完善,建立了海上稠油举升温度场模型。在该模型的基础上,以泵效、举升效率为目标,编制海上稠油举升工艺参数优化软件。
2、该软件主要根据温度模型,计算井筒温度分布曲线,得到温度剖面,根据稠油拐点温度得到合理的电加热装置下深,为现场施工提供一定的技术支撑。通过对几种稠油举升工艺的结构及适用性进行分析,评价海上常用的稠油举升方法的优缺点及适用条件。结合渤海稠油特性,对海上稠油测试技管柱及降粘技术进行优选,最终形成一套高效的稠油举升井筒降粘技术,在渤海油田旅大、蓬莱等油区取得了较好的应用效果。关键词:稠油举升;温度场分布;井筒降粘;-II-ABSTRACTOptimizationofBoreholeViscosityReducingMethodwhileOffshore
