1、中北大学2015届毕业设计说明书基于PLC的丝网印刷机控制系统设计摘要由于丝网印刷在基板的大小和形状方面没有限制，可适应油墨，印刷油墨层厚度可调的特性而被广泛使用，因此，对开发控制精度高，性能高，操作简易方便的丝网印刷机是非常有必要的。在本文主要介绍采用高性能的三菱PLC对原有老旧的丝印机电气控制系统进行设计改造的过程。在开发之前，对丝网印刷机的工作流程进行了详细分析，进而明确了控制系统的任务，再从硬件和软件两个方面进行改造。在硬件设计方面，本文采用了三菱FX系列的PLC，其中选择了高性能的微处理器FX2N，并对其余各个模块进行了准确选型，完全满足了
2、设备的要求，详细设计了触摸屏、电气原理图与PLC的通信接口。在印刷回墨控制方面，采用了交流伺服驱动系统来控制同步带实现图形的印刷。在软件设计方面，该程序可仿真调试实现，手动程序，自动程序和复位程序三个部分。根据模块化的编程方法，对梯形图中的重要模块进行了详细的描述。在人机界面方面，利用相应软件开发出了触摸屏中的各个功能界面，提高了操作性能，方便操作者操作体验。关键词：丝网印刷,可编程控制器,伺服驱动,触摸屏中北大学2015届毕业设计说明书DesignofcontrolsystemforscreenprintingmachinebasedonPLCAb
