1、摘要随着我国建筑企业工程项目管理体制改革的深入，建筑业的生产方式和组织结构形式发生了深刻的变化，工程项目管理水平的高低成为制约企业生存与发展的第一要素。以工程项目管理为核心的企业生产运营管理机制己基本形成，项目经理责任制和项目成本核算制己成为建筑业企业普遍实行的有效项目管理机制。从“项目法施工”的诞生到“工程项目管理体系”的健全、推广，这些转变都已证明建筑业己不再是单纯的劳务密集型行业，国外建筑企业做大做强的成功例证正是运用先进管理知识的有力体现。改进施工方法、有效的成本控制、合理的配置资源、追求项目利润的最大化己成为建筑企业生存发展的必由之路
