6、ance17摘要建立了空调系统制冷剂最佳充注量的数学模型,分析了制冷剂充注量和电子膨胀阀开度对变频空调制冷量、功率、EER、蒸发温度、吸气温度、过热度的影响及原因。提出了空调系统最佳匹配特性的原则,制冷系统存在最佳充注量,通过调节压缩机的运行频率实现容量调节,通过调节电子膨胀阀使蒸发器出口趋近饱和状态,此时蒸发器过热度趋近于0,制冷量及EER达到最佳值。关键词:制冷剂充注量、电子膨胀阀、制冷量、过热度、EER目录绪言31.空调系统制冷剂量数学模型41.1引言41.2制冷剂量数学模型42.试验系统及方法介绍52.1试验系
