2、gWebpagescanbeeasierwithafewsimpletipsandtricks.TodaymanyWebsiteshavea“Print”functionrightontheWebpage.Thisisoftenavailableforarticles,instructions,forms,andsimilardocuments.Lookforabuttonortheword“Print”onthetoporbottomofthearticle.UsingthisbuttonwillprinttheWebpageinp
3、laintextwithouttheformatting.Itwillusually,butnotalways,keeptheWebadsfromprinting,aswell.Ifthepageyouwanttoprintdoesnothaveaprintbutton,youcanseewhataWebpagewilllooklikewhenyouprintit,byusingthePrintPreviewfunctionthatisintheFilemenuofyourWebbrowser.IfthePrintPreviewsho
4、wsthattheWebpageistoowideortoolongforthepaperyoucandoalittlecuttingandpastinginsteadofprintingtheentirepage.IfyousimplycutandpasteinformationfromtheWebpageintoane-mailorwordprocessingprogram,youwill,moreoftenthannot,getthetextinsidethetablesthatareusedtocreatetheWebpage
5、.Thetextwillbeencasedinsquareboxes,ortables,whichareonlyanaggravationinatextdocument.Youcanusethislittletricktoeliminatethetables.HighlighttheareaoftheWebpagethatyouwanttoprintbydraggingyourmouseacrossit.PresstheCtrlkeyandtheCkeyatthesametimetocopythatinformationintothe
6、computermemory.Thenopenyourwordprocessing.SelectEditfromthemenuatthetopofthescreen.Nowcomesthetrick.InsteadofselectingPaste,choosePasteSpecial.Then,fromthepop-upmenuchooseUnformattedText.AlltheWebpagetextwillappear,withouttheformatting.Ifyouwanttograbpicturesalongwithth
7、etextwhenyouusethePasteSpecial,chooseFormattedText.Withthischoice,youwillseetheWebpagewithpicturesandsomeformatting.Youmayalsogetsomeunwantedlinksoraddress,butthosecanbeeasilydeleted.IfyoudocopysomeinformationfromaWebpagewithoutusingthePasteSpecialfunctionandwindupwitha
