6、···································42IJB/T4171-1999前言本标准是对JB4171—85《木工机床精度检验通则》的修订,修订时按有关规定进行了编辑性修改,并对技术内容进行了少量修改。本标准自实施之日起代替JB4171—85。本标准的附录A是提示的附录。本标准由全国木工机床与刀具标准化技术委员会提出。本标准由福州木工机床研究所归口。本标准负责起草单位:福州木工机床研究所。本标准于1985年12月31日首次发布。II中华人民共和国机械行业标准JB/T4171-1999代替JB4171—85木工机床精度检验通则1
7、范围本标准规定了木工机床的几何精度检验和工作精度检验的有关定义、公差、检验方法、检具的使用以及检验前的准备工作。适用于所有的木工机床。本标准只规定木工机床精度检验,不涉及通常在精度检验前已经完成的运转检验(如振动、噪声、爬行等)和性能检验(如速度、进给量等)。2总则2.1检验方法和检具的使用检验木工机床的精度可以用检验其是否超差的方法(如用极限量规检验等),或者用实测误差的方法。如用实测误差的方法,需要作精密的测试,耗费大量的时间,则可用检验其是否超差的方法代替。检验时必须考虑检验工具和检验方法引起的误差。检具总误差应与被检项目的公差相适应,一般只能占
