5、rinvadeNorthKorea. Unfortunately,,theNorthKoreanregimehasonceagainbrokenitsword,provokedaninternationalcrisis,,includingourpartnersintheSix-PartyTalks,agreeontheneedforastrongUnitedNationsSecurityCouncilrdhelpNorthKoreadevelopitsnuclearormissilecapabilit
6、ies. Bypassingsucharesolution,wewillsendacleSouthKorea--aframeworktousetheirleveragetopressurePyongyangandpersuadeitsregimetochangecourse. Aswepursueadiplomaticsolution,wearealsoreassurin,’’’’sprovocation,wewillseektoincreaseourdefensecooperationwithour
