4、ectiveminingenterprisesandindividualminesinthismunicipality.Article2alltownshipcollectiveminingenterprisesandindividualminingenterprisesengagedinminingandproductionintheadministrativeareasofthismunicipalityshallcomplywiththesemeasures.Article3themunicipalbureauofgeolog

5、yandmineralresourcesisthetownshipcollectively-ownedminingenterprisesandprivately-ownedminingcitydevelopmentandutilizationoftheadministrativedepartmentinchargeofthesupervisionandadministrationofmineralresources,thedistrict/countyadministrativedepartmentofgeologyandminer

6、alresourceswithinthejurisdictionofresponsibleforthetownshipcollectively-ownedminingenterprisesandprivately-ownedminingexploitationandutilizationofthesupervisionandadministrationofmineralresources.Article4thecompetentdepartmentofgeologyandmineralresourcesofthecity,distr

7、ictorcountyshall,inaccordancewiththerequirementsofrelevantfull-timeorpart-timemineralinspectors,performtheirdutiesinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsoflawsandregulations.Article5thetownshippeople'sgovernmentshallstrengthenthesupervisionandadministrationoftheexploitat
