1、在现代机械制造业中,企业对专用机床有着广泛的需求。一般钻床劳动强度大,专用性能低。生产率不高且不能保证精度;而多轴钻床操控方便、省力、容易掌握,不易发生操作错误和故障,不仅能减少工人的劳动强度,保证工人和钻床的安全,还能提高钻床的生产率。随着科学技术的不断发展,专用钻床广泛应用于制造业。换句话说,专业化越强,企业越能保证其产品质量。因此,专用机床的使用对企业竞争力的提升有着十分重要的作用。本设计主要解决了两大问题:多轴钻床的总体设计和夹具设计。为了解决上述两大难题,首先分析了钻床总体设计,其中包括加工工艺分析、钻床的钻削方式的设
2、计等,从而解决了钻床的总体设计的难题;在夹具设计中采用合理的钻模板和定位装置对工件合理定位,从而完成孔的扩铰工序,解决了多轴钻床夹具设计中的另一难题,同时也讨论了多轴钻床的夹具设计问题,给出了夹具设计方案,其中包括工件的定位分析,误差分析,从而使工件被加工后达到设计要求。关键词:多轴钻床、总体设计、夹具76/76AbstractThespecial-purposelatheisextensivelydemandedbyenterprisesinthemodernmechanicalmanufacturingindustry.Th
