1、摘要本次毕业设计的任务是针对生产实际中的一个零件——东方红—75推土机铲臂右支架,制定其机械生产加工工艺规程。该毕业设计论文主要由八章构成,分别是绪论、零件图的工艺分析、机械加工工序的安排、确定毛坯余量及毛坯尺寸、确定切削用量和基本时间、专用机床夹具的设计、设计总结、谢辞以及参考文献。该零件的工艺过程总共包括了十四道工序,可分类为铣平面、镗内孔、钻孔、扩孔、攻螺纹、倒角、铣开、去毛刺等工序。由于所加工的推土机铲臂右支架是带孔的零件,Φ55mm孔不但是精度要求最高的孔,而且也是该零件的设计基准、装配基准与测量基准
2、,所以加工此孔时需要经过粗镗、半精镗、精镗三道工序加工而成,而其他表面的加工都为粗加工,经一道工序即可完成。在设计专用夹具时,是以设计用于加工推土机铲臂右支架二个Φ43.5mm孔的专用的钻床夹具为例展开的。在设计完成的基础上并对该夹具进行了定位误差分析、夹紧力的计算以及精度校核,以确保该专用钻床夹具满足零件加工要求。本论文从机械加工工艺分析对零件进行制造和研究,用二维CAD制图软件完成右支架的零件图和毛坯图、夹具的总装配图。关键词:右支架;加工工艺;夹紧力;定位基准。77AbstractThegraduatio
