7、养和考察学生对计算机的基础理论与操作技能的掌握。应使学生了解计算机专业的知识结构、计算机系统的发展概况、认识计算机系统各组成部分的全貌等。3、命题原则（1）在教学大纲和考试说明所规定的目的、要求和内容的范围内命题，不能随意提高或降低考查要求。（2）试题要注意对知识和技能的双重考察，并适当突出对计算机基本操作技能掌握情况的测试。（3）试题要兼顾各个能力层次。在整个命题安排中，各层次题目所占比例大体为：基本操作技能占60％，基础知识占40％。（4）试题的难易程度和题量要适当，其难易程度分为：易，中，难三个等
