3、ing,FaultDetectingAbstract.ThisPaperintroducesatemperaturedetectionsysteminbeerfermentation.Atemperaturemonitoringsystemwithcharacteristicsofbustopologystructureiscomposedofindustrialcomputer,temperaturedetector,busconverter,transmissionbusandespecially1-wiredigitaltemperaturesensorDS18B20.Four-core
4、cableisusedtoformatree-likeorstar-likenetwork,inwhich54digitaltemperaturesensorsexistingon18fermentationtankscanbeconnected.Thequantityofjunctionwiresbetweentemperaturesensorandcomputerwillbereducedgreatly.TemperaturedetectorprovidespowersupplyforbusconverterandDS18B20throughFour-corecable.Becausebu
5、sconverterhasusedhardwarefaultdetectingtechnology,thefaulttemperaturesensorcanautomaticallydetachfromthemainbusandwillnotaffectnormalworkingofothersensorinnetwork.Sotosolvetheproblemofacertainsensororbranch'sdamagecausingtheparalysisofentirebus.Thelengthofdetectingtemperaturebuscanreachmorethan500me
6、ters.Theseallmakesystemmaintenanceandexpansioneasy.Theexperimentsshowthatthissystemischaracterizedbyhighintelligence,high-precision,capabilityofmakingtemperaturetestonmulti-pointsandcompensatingfunction.Themethodhasagoodapplicablevaluetothetemperaturetest..IntroductionThechangeoffermentationtemperat
