1、本科毕业论文(设计)滴灌带回收机的设计学生姓名指导教师所在学院专业年级摘要针对我国农业滴灌技术的发展,滴灌带的使用量比较大,但是滴灌带的回收却成了农民的头号难题。本滴灌带回收机操作方便、工作效率高、作业质量可靠,解决了人工回收滴灌带劳动强度大、投入人力多、作业效率低的问题,适用于各种形式的滴灌带的回收。其特点在于卷带机构上设有双向丝杆机构,双向丝杆机构下设有双向滑杆,双向滑杆与固定在机架上滑杆座相套接,双向滑杆上设有对应于卷带机构的引带导向座,使滴灌带在卷带滚筒上均匀缠绕。本滴灌带回收机的主要原理是利用一根卷盘轴带动数个卷盘
2、,再利用卷盘轴上的一段双向丝杆机构带动双向滑杆左右滑动,将滴灌带均匀地缠绕在卷盘内。随着滴灌带技术在大田作物中的大面积采用,滴灌带的回收已成为人们迫切解决的问题。滴灌带的用量非常大,是滴灌作业一项较大的投资。但是每年都在农田里遗留大量的滴灌带。滴灌带不及时回收对作物的影响是极为严重的,势必影响来年的使用,特别是多年使用的滴灌带,如果残存在土壤中将会影响土壤结构,影响作物生长。关键词:滴灌带回收机;滴灌带;卷带器;回收机构AbstractAccordingtothedevelopmentofagriculturalirriga
