1、大隆矿东三采区及通风系统设计摘要本设计针对大隆矿东三采区概况、地质特征等基本条件,采区储量计算、生产能力和服务年限计算采煤方法的比较和选择、采煤工艺方式、工作面产量计算采区内划分(划分区段或条带);工作面长度、煤柱留设及尺寸计;采区巷道布置设计包括采区上山布置的位置及层位、上山与区段(条带)平巷的联接;巷道断面、支护方式选择,选择合理的开采方式和采煤方法。采区生产系统设计;回采工艺设计回采工作面循环作业;循环作业图表和人员劳动组织形式。其次,根据采区的实际条件确定东三采区的通风系统和通风方法,按照各个用风地点所需风量,对需风量进行分配和计算,确定通风阻力。方法包含:采区通风系统确定(要有
2、相应的通风构筑物)、用风地点风量计算与分配(采用由内向外、四算一校核的方法)。通风阻力计算:采区总阻力,各构筑物尺寸设计及各分支风压平衡计算(确定构筑物两端压力差)。该设计采用上下山单翼开采的开采方式,走向长臂采煤法,运用综合机械化采煤工艺,用全部垮落发处理采空区,针对采区通风系统进行了初步设计,分别对采区通风系统,采煤工作面通风系统,掘金工作面通风进行了细致的的计算,其中采区所需风量和通风阻力为重点。关键字:通风系统;通风阻力;采区所需风量I大隆矿东三采区及通风系统设计AbstractThisdesigninDalongmineeastthreeminingsurveyandgeolo
