5、aitswereevaluatedundernormalfertilizerapplicationlevelinnormalsoil(ascontrol)andinpoorsoil,lowphosphorusstressconditionsinpoorsoilinLangfang,HebeiProvince.Meanwhile,theintrogressedlines(ILs)oftwopopulationswereinvestigatedatseedlingstageusingnutrientsolutionintheglasshouseinBeijing.Atot
6、alof49mainGeffectQTLsunderlyingyieldrelatedtraitswereidentified,thecontributionofphenotypicvariationsrangedfrom6.7%to16.5%.Ofwhich,25(51.0%)QTLshadfavorableallelesfromdonorparent.Atotalof48mainGeffectQTLswereidentifiedforyieldrelatedtraits,thecontributionofphenotypicvariationsrangedfrom
7、7?7%to16.6%.Ofwhich,21(43.8%)QTLshadfavorableallelesfromdonorparent.About79.6%oftheQTLscanbedetectedrepeatedlyundertwoormoretreatments,especiallythoseQTLsassociatedwithgrainnumberperpanicle,spikeletfertilityandthousandgrainweightwhichdisplayedconsistentphenotypiceffects.Amongal
