1、风电偏航轴承典型失效分析摘要偏航轴承是风电设备中主要的零部件,其性能与工况的好坏直接影响到与之相连的转动轴以及安装在转轴上的偏航系统装置乃至整个风电设备的性能。据统计,在风电设备中,大约有的故障都是由于偏航轴承引起的。因此,研究偏航轴承的失效机理,提出相应的预防和维护措施,对于提高偏航轴承的可靠性,提高风电设备的使用寿命,提高经济效益,保证风电设备的长期安全稳定运行,均有现实的意义。轴承寿命是与制造、装配、使用密切相关的,偏航轴承早期的失效多与偏航系统配合部位的制造精度、安装质量、使用条件、外部异物侵入、电腐蚀及偏航系统突发故障等多方面因素有关,必须各个环节都要做好,才能使偏航轴承处于最佳的运
2、转状态,从而延长轴承的寿命。本文在广泛查阅国内外相关技术资料基础上,给合国内外的实践经验和研究成果,论述了诸如材料、结构设计、使用工况、密封润滑等各种因素对偏航轴承损坏的影响。采取各种检查手段,进行失效分析,找出引起失效的原因,改善这些因素,避免或减少类似事件的再次发生,延长轴承的使用寿命。关键词:偏航轴承,失效,材料,结构设计,寿命THETYPICALFAILURESANALYSISONTHEYAWBEARINGABSTRACTYawbearingsarethemajorcomponentsinwindpowerequipment.Theperformanceandworkingcondit
