2、床疗效，筛选治疗强直性脊柱炎瘀血痹阻证的更佳方案，为临床治疗提供可靠依据。方法：本研究筛选强直性脊柱炎瘀血痹阻证患者60例，随机分为观察组（督灸配合药罐组）和对照组（督灸组）各30例，记录一个疗程治疗前后主要症状、体征、血流变指标的改变，进而评价并比较两种治疗方案对AS瘀血痹阻证的治疗效果，指导临床治疗。结果：经督灸和督灸配合药罐治疗一个疗程后，两组患者的主要症状（腰骶疼痛、脊背疼痛、刺痛、晨僵）、体征（“4”字试验、指地距）、血流变指标自身前后对照有极显著性差异（P＜0.01），胸廓呼吸度改善有显著性差异（P＜0.05）或极显著性差异（P＜0.01），枕墙距改善无
