1、理工学院毕业设计(论文)脱水塔釜液冷却器设计摘要脱水塔反应后的醋酸和水溶剂需用循环冷却水将其冷却,其中脱水塔釜液冷却器是用来完成脱水塔釜液的换热设备,此处采用U型管换热器,因管子的两端固定在同一块管板上,管束可以自由伸缩,不会产生温差应力适用于高温和高压场合,管外易清洗。设计的主要内容包括U型管换热器的工艺计算、结构设计、强度计算及换热器的制造、检验和验收、安装、试车和维护等。关键词:冷却器;工艺计算;结构设计;强度计算ABSTRACTFromthereactiontowerandaceticacidsolventne
