1、陕西交通职业技术学院毕业设计论文汽车电器保养【摘要】本论文主要阐述了在汽车电器保养中的几个问题。在汽车日常维修和保养过程中，汽车电器设备性能的好坏，对能否安全优质的完成运输生产任务关系极大。例如，汽油机点火系发生故障，会造成汽油机燃料浪费，功率下降，启动困难。严重时发动机不能启动，无法工作。若频繁的使用起动机，将导致起动机因过劳而增加故障，并加速蓄电池的充放电的化学反应过程，造成蓄电池铅极板弯曲、硫酸硬化、活性物质脱落，最终导致蓄电池过早损坏。发电机调节器的故障，会造成蓄电池过充或亏电的损害，并使
2、车辆电压电流的供求状态发生混乱。仪表故障将使驾驶员无法掌握润滑、散热、电能、储油和制动等方面的工作状况，严重时车辆无法行驶。灯光和线路、音响、刮水器的故障则直接关系到能否保证行车的安全。由此可见，汽车电器部分的故障或维修技术的错误，不仅会造成机件的直接损坏，而且可以引起一连串的机械故障或电器故障。这些故障的产生，直接影响车辆的运行，加重维修工作的劳动强度，加速机件的非正常损坏。而电器产品的价格都是较昂贵的。以解放牌汽车所用的“3Q-84”安时的蓄电池为例，每个价格近百元。每部汽车用电池两个，价格2
3、00多元，一个拥有50部汽车的车队，仅蓄电池一项，就得耗资上万元。目前电器产品的供求矛盾很大，因此，提高维修质量和技术水平，充分挖掘潜力，增产节约，修复旧料，对完成运输任务，节约维修资金、降低材料消耗，有其特殊的现实意义和经济意义。关键词：蓄电池发电机调节器Abstract:ThecaptionistalkaboutAutomobileelectricalmaintenanceofafewquestions.Inautomobiledailymaintenanceandmaintainproces
