4、-scaleapplication.ductionwells.Wedescribethenumericalschemes,theCenteredfinitedifferenceorfiniteelementmethodsof-treatmentofthemultipleinjectionandproductionwells,tengeneratenumericalsolutionswithseriousnonphysicalproblemsrelatedtocharacteristictracking,andotherissues.oscillations
5、.Inindustrialapplications,upstreamweightingWeperformnumericalexperimentstoinvestigatetheper-techniquesarecommonlyusedtostabilizethenumericalformanceofthenumericalmodel.Theseresultsshowthatapproximationstothesesystemsinlarge-scalesimulators.thenumericalmodelgeneratesrobust,stable
6、,andphysicallyThesemethodstendtoproduceexcessivenumericaldiffu-reasonablesimulationswithoutnonphysicaloscillationorsion,whichseverelysmearsoutthemovingsteepfrontsofexcessivenumericaldiffusion,eveninthepresenceofmul-thesolutions,andseriousspuriousgridorientationeffectstipleinject
