2、北省承德市高速路建设的质量进行陈述、分析。对高速路建设的质量管理主要从建设前期、中期和后期三个阶段抓起。抓好前期工作是建设好高速公路的基础；在施工工程中坚持质量第一原则；高速路后期质量的养护工作。本文根据公路工程项目质量的内涵及其形成过程、影响因素、及其质量控制的特点，提出了公路工程项目质量控制的基本原理，并分析了项目实施过程中各个阶段质量控制的要点及对策。在此基础上，对河北省高等级公路工程项目质量控制进行实证研究，针对现存质量问题，分析其深刻成因，提出了现阶段加强公路工程项目质量控制的措施。关键词：高速路
