1、基于B/S架构的高校就业信息管理系统的设计与实现摘要现如今我国高等教育的大众化，就业形势也越来越严峻，本科毕业生就业也越来越难，高校就业工作已经不仅仅是一件影响高校生存发展的事情，它关系我们高等教育的可持续发展，高校学生就业问题被社会高度关注。建立一个完善的就业信息系统势在必行。高校的就业信息管理系统是一种具有交互功能的人才信息管理系统，是在网络上建立的一个虚拟的招聘会。国家为缓解大学生就业压力，不断提高高校的就业服务水平。就业工作日渐繁重，就业难问题越来越突出，基于手工的传统的就业工作模式已经远远
2、无法满足就业工作的需要。本文在广泛调研和自身工作实践的基拙上对就业工作现状及就业管理系统的需求进行了分析，进而对B/S结构就业管理系统进行设计、功能实现与测试，倡导利用信息化手段，加强就业信息化的建设，整合就业工作日常管理的所有流程，希望构建一个就业工作全过程的信息化管理系统，加强就业工作的日常管理，改进就业工作的日常指导方式，力争实现就业工作科学规范，以期对高校的大学生毕业就业管理信息化发展提供研究价值。促使实现毕业生的充分就业、高质就业。关键词：B/S结构高校就业信息管理系统设计IVAbstra
