2、调和漆二道。二、施工工艺1、施工工艺流程:安装准备→预制加工→干管安装→立管安装→支管安装→管卡件固定→封口铸洞→灌水试验→通水试验。2、排水干管安装:根据管线长度,以尽量减少固定(死口)接口为原则,确定预制管段的长度。管道伸出墙外不得小于250mm。埋地管穿越外墙采用刚性防水套管。在沟旁或平整的场地上按管子排列顺序或量尺顺序,进行管段预制。预制管子、管件接口时,应先对准各接口印记或量准尺寸,下料截断,预制时须调直和调准管件方向。预制段的接口达到强度后,缓缓向沟内下管,核对管径、位置、标高、坡度无误。已铺设好的埋地管道,均须进行一次灌水
3、试验。灌水前,应先将最低点用堵头临时堵严,从高端或者从预留管口处灌水做闭水试验,水满后观察水位,不下降,各接口及管道无渗漏则认为合格。灌水试漏经有关人员检查后,方可填写隐蔽工程记录,办理隐蔽工程手续,方可隐蔽或回填,回填土须分层进行,每层0.15m,回填密度应达到要求。埋地管道的灌水高度不得低于底层地面高度,灌水15min后,若水面下降,再灌满延续5min,以水位不下降为合格。summerofmasonryconstruction,brickrequiressufficientmoist.8.6.2.6youmusttakethefol
