1、沈阳建筑大学毕业设计（论文）城建学院学生宿舍楼摘要本项目为城建学院学生宿舍楼，为毕业设计项目,位于沈阳市文化路和热闹路交接处。该项目主要用于学校教学，主要包括收发室，宿舍，职工活动大厅。本项目占地面积约866.88平方米，建筑面积5507.28平方米。项目主体六层，层高均为3.6米，总高度21.15米，室内外高差为0.45米。建筑总长度为56.40米，不设抗震缝。建筑设计使用年限为50年，建筑物的耐火等级为三级。该建筑结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，框架柱混凝土强度等级为C30，柱截面首层为650650mm，二~六层为6
