1、毕业设计说明书GRADUATEDESIGN设计题目:年产65万吨连轧棒材车间工艺设计学生姓名:专业班级:学院:指导教师:欲得本设计说明书QQ2009年05月29日本科生毕业设计课题申请表摘要根据任务书要求,设计年产65万吨连轧棒材车间。按照车间设计的步骤,主要完成建厂经济依据论述、产品大纲制定、轧机比较及布置选择、孔型系统的选择及典型产品的孔型设计、速度制度和产量确定,力能参数的计算及校核、辅助设备的选取、金属平衡以及水电消耗计算等。设计中参阅了国内有关棒材轧机的先进工艺、轧机的装备、技术、孔型系统及一些辅
2、助设备的论述,特别参考了唐钢生产线参数,使本设计车间达到工艺合理、设备先进、留有进一步提升产品档次的现代棒材车间。棒材以定尺交货,横列式、半连续式、全连续式各种轧机都可以进行生产。平立交替的连轧棒材方式事故少,生产效率高,产量大。考虑生产时顺畅,自动化程度高、质量控制稳定,设计采用全线无扭连轧方式。产品规格为φ12~32mm圆钢,φ14~26mm螺纹钢。典型产品为φ22的螺纹钢。设计附有车间平面图、孔型图及配辊图。关键词:车间设计;棒材连轧;孔型设计;高精度ABSTRACTAccordingtothetas
