4、sintestingplatforms.Thestudyarediscussedthefailuremodesandsometestresultsofthevertical-axiscompositebladesunderdifferentmanufacturingprocessestoverifytheproposedexperimentalsetupmethodsandmanufacturetechniquesofthevertical-axiscompositebladespassastaticaltestanddynamicaltestsystemsarep

5、erformed.IntroductionInrecentyears,theincreasinguseofcompositematerialinthewindturbinebladeshasbeenmadethewindturbinestructuresanimportantresearchtopic.HabaliandSaleh[1]anumberoftechniqueshavebeenproposedforwindturbinebladesanalysisbytheories,butitiswantingdiscussedthevirtualtesttechni

6、quesanddevelopmentofclampingapparatusesforthecompositeblades.Inthiswork,twotypesofstrengthtest,namely,auniformforcetestandtorsiontestinaccordancewiththerelevantIEC(TR61400-23)standardsaredevelopedforstaticalstrengthtestofthevertical-axiscompositeblades.Thedesignandmanufacturingthepropo
