1、第58卷第2期2016年4月汽轮机技术TURBINETECHNOLOGYV01.58No.2Apr.2016电厂蒸汽疏水阀门内漏量化检测与诊断黄章俊1,李录平1,吴丰玲1,刘洋1,孔华山2,邓友成2(1长沙理工大学能源与动力工程学院,长沙410014;2湖南鸿远高压阀门有限公司,株洲412100)摘要:针对火电厂蒸汽疏水管道阀门在运行过程中易发生内漏且难以检测的问题,通过蒸汽疏水管道阀门系统的结构分析和传热计算,确定了阀前管壁温度为蒸汽疏水阀门内漏诊断的有效指标,设计了相应的蒸汽疏水阀门内漏量化检测与诊断试验系统,并应用该系统对某电厂亚临界机组的蒸汽疏水阀门进行检
2、测试验研究,结果表明:蒸汽疏水管道的阀前管壁温度随着疏水管道的长度增大而降低;当主蒸汽压力增加时,相同内漏率的蒸汽疏水管道阀前管壁温度整体增大;阀前管壁平均温度与内漏率增减趋势具有一致性,近似呈二次曲线变化关系;利用蒸汽疏水管道壁温检测点平均温度进行内漏率定量计算和诊断的方法具有较高的可靠性和准确性,是蒸汽疏水阀门内漏定量诊断的便捷有效方法。关键词:蒸汽疏水管;疏水阀门;内漏;管壁温度;定量诊断分类号:TK284.1文献标识码:A文章编号:1001-5884(2016)02-0149-04QuantitativeDetectionandDiagnosisforIn
