1、编号本科生毕业论文孔槽系组合夹具设计SlottedModularFixtureDesign学生姓名专业学号指导教师学院二〇一一年六月29摘要组合夹具是一种先进的工艺装备,它是由一套预先制造好的各种不同的形状、不同规格、不同尺寸、具有互换性、高耐磨性和高精度的标准元件组成,其结构灵活多变,适应性广,元件可长期循环使用,组合夹具分为槽系和孔系两个系列,随着科技不断发展,组合夹具的应用程度在机械行业得到了很大的提高,特别是近年来机械行业领域正朝着高精度、高质量、高效率、低成本方向发展,因此为了适应现代制造技术的发展,组合夹具的
2、发展也达到了更高的领域,其由原来的孔系组合夹具和槽系组合夹具发展到孔槽系组合夹具。孔槽系组合夹具是采用孔和槽结合的定位结构,克服了槽系夹具刚性差、不稳定,及孔系夹具不能连续调整的缺点,将孔、槽夹具的优势合二为一,其可用几小时的组装周期代替几个月的设计制造周期,从而缩短了生产周期;节省了工时和材料、保证加工精度,提高生产率、降低了生产成本,扩大了机床的工艺范围;还可减轻工人劳动强度,减少夹具库房面积,有利于管理。关键词:组合夹具孔系槽系孔槽系29AbstractModularfixtureisanadvancedtechn
