1、洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文)毕业设计(论文)38m3液化石油储罐结构工艺及焊接工艺设计摘要液化石油气贮罐是盛装液化石油气的常用设备,由于该气体具有易燃易爆的特点,因此在设计这种贮罐时,要注意与一般气体贮罐的不同点,尤其是安全与防火,还要注意在制造、安装等方面的特点。卧式储罐设计是以应力分析为主要途径,以材料力学为基础,对容器的各个主要受压部分进行设计。其设计的目的主要是确定合理、经济的结构形式,并满足制造、检验、装配、运输和维修等方面要求,设计中主要从强度和刚度两方面进行设计保证容器不因过渡变形而发生泄露失效,最终达到安全可靠的工作性能的要求。该液化石油储罐依据
2、GB150、JB/T4732等设计标准、严格执行TSGR0004-2009《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》的规定,充分考虑节能降耗的要求,基于弹性失效准则,完成对液化石油气储罐的设计;在AUTOCAD中正确绘出装配图;以储罐的建模,分析储罐整体的应力,数据显示在人孔接管与壳体连接处发生应力集中,同时经过查阅资料,运用公式也证明了只有人孔接管需要补强;然后对该储罐进行了补强设计。关键词:卧式储罐,应力,刚度,强度,结构设计5洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文)38m3LIQUEFIEDOILTANKSTRUCTUREDESIGNPROCESSANDWELDINGPROC
