1、2010年8月机床与液压Aug.2010第38卷第16期MACHINETOOL&HYDRAULICSV01.38No.16D0I:10.3969/j,issn.1001~3881.2010.16.006基于Pro/E的钻头锥螺纹加工专用铣床动力夹具设计刘凤国(徐州师范大学机电工程学院,江苏徐州221ll6)摘要:根据钻头锥螺纹结构特点,利用Pro/E进行3D建模,模拟加工过程中刀具与工件的相对运动,设计专用铣床动力夹具。该夹具采用同时装夹的加工方式,应用三爪自定心卡盘定位、夹紧,设计用于钻头长度限位的可凋支承装置,实现了3个、多长度规格钻头在一套夹具中装夹。选用一
2、台电动机经减速箱拖动3个零件同时进行回转运动,配合工作台带动零件的直线运动,实现锥螺纹加工。结果表明,应用Pro/E设计专用动力夹具可进行立体装配、实时修改,缩短设计周期,降低设计成本,使设计的专用动力夹具结构合理,适用于大批量、多规格木工钻头锥螺纹的加工,零件装卸快捷、生产效率高。关键词:锥螺纹;铣床夹具;可调支承;多长度规格中图分类号:TG751.3文献标识码:A文章编号:1001~3881(2010)16—016—2DynamicClampDesignforConicalThreadMachiningofDrillBitsinMillingMachineBa
