2、n—blotting检测大鼠骨骼肌GLUT4表达。结果津力达明显改善了30min、60min血糖及AUC,吡格列酮改善了60、120min血糖及AUC(P<0.05):津力达及吡格列酮明显改善HOMA-IR指数(P<0.05);津力达及吡格列酮明显上调了骨骼肌GLUT4的表达。结论津力达能够上调大鼠骨骼肌GLUT4的表达,改善高脂饮食诱导的胰岛素抵抗。【关键词】津力达;胰岛素抵抗;骨骼肌;GLUT4【中图分类号】R587.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1002—7386(2014)15—2259—03Eff‘tofJinlidaontheexpressionofGLUT4
