2、O只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、预艾灸组,每组各l0只,以大鼠海马注入AI3l一42制作AD模型,预艾灸组采用艾奢温和灸“百会”、“肾俞”两穴,免疫组化实验测定大鼠海马区CDK2、p21/cip蛋白的表达。结果预艾灸组经过2个月的预艾灸治疗,CDK2蛋白阳性细胞教相应减少,p21/cip蛋白阳性细胞数相应增加,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。蛄论艾灸预刺激可调控细胞周期蛋白的表达,通过降低CDK2的表达,增加p21/cip的表达来抑制AD的病理改变,达到防治AD的目的。[关键词]阿
