1、卢龙县高标准农田划定及建设时序摘要：耕地是粮食生产的物质基础，高标准农田建设是确保中国粮食安全的重要举措。以河北省卢龙县为研究区，分别从自然条件、工程条件与适宜经营条件3个方面，选取土壤质地等11个子目标，进行高标准农田建设适宜性评价；对于近期内被占用可能性较大,不适宜进行高标准农田建设的耕地，实行“一票否决”制，确定卢龙县高标准农田可建设区域，综合评价最终确定卢龙县高标准农田建设的时序。结果表明，卢龙县待建高标准农田面积共有39280.84hm2,分为3个时期，优先建设区、中期建设区和暂缓建设区,分别为9557.87、18644.33>11078.64hm2,各占卢龙县高标准农田建设总面
