1、第33卷第11期纺织学报Vo1.33.No.112012年11月JournalofTextileResearchNov..2012文章编号:0253—9721(2012)11.0066.06细乳液聚合制备纳米SiO2/PSt及其对丙烯酸类浆料改性葛璐,金啸,施勤,崔建伟(1.南通大学纺织服装学院,汀苏南通226000;2.斯得福纺织装饰有限公司,江苏南通226000)摘要采用溶液一凝胶法制备纳米SiO粒子,利用MPS对纳米SiO粒子进行偶联处理。以苯乙烯为单体,十六烷基l一甲基溴化铵为乳化剂,环己烷为助稳定剂,通过细乳液聚合制得纳米SiO/PSt粒子。改变乳
2、化剂用量,得到不同稳定性及粒径的杂化粒子,对纳米SiO及SiO:/PSt进行表征。结果显示:经MPS修饰的纳米SiO,平均粒径为38.7nrfl;当乳化剂用量为0.035g时,细乳液稳定性较好,粒径分布较窄,平均粒径为148.8nltl。将所制得的细乳液加入丙烯酸类浆料SX-5中,对其进行改性,测试sx一5和纳米改性SX5浆料的黏度,并分别对涤/棉纱进行上浆实验,测试上浆纱的性能。结果表明:改性前后的浆料黏度基本无变化,』_浆率提高8.9%;改性后浆料的浆纱性能较原浆料有一定提高,浆纱断裂强力、断裂伸长和耐磨分别提高4.7%、一6.5%和7.0%。关键词溶液
