1、中职学校教师班主任论文集锦摘要对一部分学生而言，学校并不是一个令他们愉快的场所。他们对学校的不满可能从对校纪校规的故意违反，对教师的不敬，对教学要求的漠视，对附和学校主流价值观念的其他同学的敌视等等方面表现出来。大多数情况下，教育者往往不加区分地给这些学生冠以“问题学生”之类的帽子，而忽略了对其背后深层次文化背景的研究。　　本研究以栖霞区职业学校为例，通过对国内外反学校文化研究成果的梳理，借助问卷调查、访谈等研究方法试图找寻中等职业学校学生反学校文化的特殊性。以所谓的“问题学生”的偏差行为为本研究的切入点，通过分

2、析问卷归纳出中等职业学校学生反学校文化的类型，及其对中等职业学校学生社会性发展的影响，并结合个案访谈从社会、学校、家庭及个人自身四个方面探寻出中等职业学校学生反学校文化的发生根源。就如何通过“社会大环境”来营建主流文化、如何通过“优化学校管理”增强校园主流文化的旋律感、如何通过“家庭教育”来提升家长文化素养，增强家长应对反学校文化冲击的能力等三个方面开展行动研究探究出可行性的减少反学校文化现象的对应性的策略。事实上，对学生反学校文化的探索将有助于提供一个新的视角以了解教育活动中各类冲突与矛盾产生的原因，并从对学生

3、相应行为的观察和解释中，去探究学生中存在的多元化的价值观及行为特征。本研究对解决学校文化建设中存在的一些问题可能提供一些有益的意见和建议，对促进中职生社会化进程亦应当有着十分重要的意义。关键词：中职生反学校文化类型成因策略AbstractForapartofstudents, theschool isnota pleasant placeastheywish.Their dissatisfactionwith theschool mayfindexpressionin violating the schoolre
