1、化工进展·2768·CHEMICALINDUSTRYANDENGINEERINGPROGRESS2013年第32卷第11期SBR共代谢工艺深度处理石化废水郭静波,陈微,王亮,马放(东北电力大学建筑工程学院,吉林吉林132012;中国石油吉林石化公司研究院,吉林吉林132021哈尔滨工业大学城市水资源与水环境国家重点实验室,黑龙江哈尔滨150090)摘要:以实现石化废水深度处理为目的,考察采用序批式活性污泥工艺(sequencingbatchreactor,SBR)生物共代谢深度处理石化废水效果的营养及工艺运行条件。结果表明:最佳共代谢基质为淀粉,当其投加量为3Omg/L
2、、摇床转速为120r/min、温度为25℃、MLSS为2320mg/L时,经12h处理后的二级出水COD下降了79.58%,臭、氨氮、BOD5等指标也有所改善。SBR的最佳工艺条件为运行周期6h、曝气强度30Lm、淀粉投加量30mg/L、缺氧/好氧运行时间比例1/2。此外,生活污水可替代淀粉作为共代谢基质,剩余污泥的持续添加不会影响污染物的降解效果。因此,SBR生物共代谢工艺可实现石化废水的深度处理、生活污水的同步处理及剩余污泥的减量。关键词:石化废水;深度处理;共代谢;序批式活性污泥工艺中图分类号:X703.1文献标志码:A文章编号:1000—6613(2013)l1
