1、DL/T720-2000、‘前曰本标准是根据原电力工业部“综科教「1998]28号”文件下达的电力行业标准制定计划编制的。电力系统继电保护柜、屏是由继电保护装置、配套设备和辅助元器件组合而成的柜、屏,其技术性能和产品质量直接影响继电保护的运行效果。为了提高电力系统继电保护柜、屏的技术性能和产品质量,对电力系统继电保护柜、屏的技术要求、试验方法和检验规则制定一个行业标准是非常必要的。本标准中基本性能要求符合IEC60255系列标准及国内相关标准规定,单项技术指标根据国内实际使用要求而制定。本标准由全国电力行业继电保护标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准的起草单位:国家电力公司南京电力自动化设

5、······················一13中华人民共和国电力行业标准电力系统继电保护柜、屏通用技术条件GeneralspecificationsforprotectioncabinetsandDL/T720-2000panelsofelectricpowersystems1范围本标准规定了电力系统继电保护柜、屏(以下简称柜、屏)的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存。本标准适用于电力系统中户内使用的柜、屏。作为柜、屏产品设计、生产和质量检验的依据。安装在柜、屏上的成套继电保护装置除了满足本标准规定外,还应满足有关国家标准和行业标准的要求。2引用标准下列标准所包含的
