1、农业环境科学学报2006,25(增刊):604-608JournalofAgro-EnvironmentScienceVT菌剂接种堆肥的作用效果及生物效应胡菊1,秦莉1,吕振宇2,陈丽君1,李季1(1.中国农业大学资源环境学院,北京100094;2.中国农业大学曲周实验站,河北曲周057200)摘要:通过鸡粪、麦秸高温好氧堆肥,对接种VT菌剂与空白处理堆肥过程进行物理化性质、微生物指标分析比较,研究接种VT菌剂对堆肥过程的影响,并在玉米、青菜、花卉进行肥效试验,分析堆肥效果。结果表明:在堆肥降温阶段接种VT菌比空白
2、处理温度下降缓慢,接种处理温度高于空白的温度;接种处理比空白处理的C/N值降幅大;在堆肥中接种处理的细菌、酵母菌和放线菌的数量均比空白多,真菌数量差别不大,并且纤维素酶和脲酶活性均比空白的高,接种能使堆肥中微生物数量增多及活动强度增大;在玉米和油菜产量和品质等指标上,接种处理略好于空白堆肥处理;同时接种比空白处理的花卉观赏性强。因此,接种VT菌剂可促进堆肥有机物质分解及利用,有效杀灭病原菌,加快堆肥腐熟,提高堆肥产品质量。关键词:VT菌剂:堆肥;生物效应中图分类号:S141.4文献标识码:A文章编号:1672-20

5、post.Thephysical,chemicalandmicrobiologicalindexesofthecompostsinprocess,themechanismsofVTmicrobesinmixtureacceleratingcompostingprocesswerestudied.Infieldtestofmaize,brassicaandbegonia,fertilizerefficiencieswerecomparedwithandwithoutinoculating.Thoughthesetes
6、ts,ithasbeenindicatedthatinoculationofVTmicrobescouldleadtohighercompostingtem-perature,slowingtemperaturedeclinerateinlatematuringperiod,loweringC/NratioscomparedwiththetreatmentwithoutVTmicrobeaddi-tion,Italsowasfoundthenumbersofbacteria,fungi,microzymeandac
7、tinomyceswerelargerandthecontentofcelluloseandureaseactivitywerehigherintheinoculatedcompostingthanthatwithnoinoculatingtreatment.Thetestoffertilityofcompostingproductsshowedthatmoreyieldsandhigherqualityofmaize,brassicaandmoreviewandadmireofbegoniaintheinocul
