1、Jan.2O14铸造VOI.63NO.1FOUNDRY·15·Zr含量对非晶合金非晶形成能力及力学性能的影响张亚娟,寇生中·,一,李春燕.一,袁小鹏,赵燕春.一,徐娇,蒲永亮。(1.兰州理工大学甘肃省有色金属新材料省部共建国家重点实验室,甘肃兰州730050;2.兰州理工大学有色金属合金7L;O~s-教育部重点实验室,甘肃兰州730050)摘要:采用铜模吸铸法制备出直径为3mm的[zro(cNin4I)n]A1。(x=0,0.05,o.1)棒状非晶合金。通过x射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描热量法(DSC)、微机控制电子式万能力学试验机和扫描电镜(SEM)研究其非晶
2、形成能力与压缩力学性能的变化规律。结果表明:随着Zr含量的提高,合金的过冷液相区宽度△减小,热稳定性下降;约化玻璃转变温度和参数均随着zr含量的提高而下降,非晶形成能力下降;在=O时,断裂强度、塑性应变和抗压强度均达到最大值,分别为1531MPa、14.61%和1838MPa;而在:0.1时,塑性应变和抗压强度则分别达到最小值5.06%和1495MPa;试样的室温准静态压缩力学性能随zr含量的增加而下降。关键词:大块非晶合金;非晶形成能力;力学性能;热稳定性中图分类号:TG139+.8文献标识码:A文章编号:1001—4977(2014)01—0015—04Ef
