1、中国瓜菜试验研究:高温胁迫对不同西瓜幼苗生长和生理特性的影响及综合评价张力,李桂芬,李文信,覃斯华,黄金艳,何毅,洪日新(1.广西农业科学院蔬菜研究所南宁530007;2.广西农业科学院园艺研究所南宁530007)摘要:以15份不同性状西瓜为试验材料,研究高温胁迫对西瓜幼苗3项生长指标和6项生理指标的影响,并采用隶属函数方法和系统聚类分析对各西瓜幼苗耐热性进行综合评价,初步筛选出耐热试材,为西瓜耐热育种提供条件。结果表明:高温胁迫后各西瓜幼苗的生长受到抑制,与对照相比株高、茎粗度、叶面积、总叶绿素含量和SOD活性均出现
2、不同程度下降,相对电导率、丙二醛含量和POD活性均呈现不同程度上升,脯氨酸含量变化趋势不一致,表现为耐热材料含量增加,不耐热材料含量下降。通过综合评价得到4类不同耐热性试材,其中耐热性差试材1个,耐热性一般试材8个,耐热性较好试材2个,耐热性好试材4个。关键词:高温胁迫;西瓜幼苗;生长指标;生理指标;综合评价Efectofhightemperaturestressonthegrowthandphysiologicalproper-tyofdiferentwatermelonseedlingsandtheircompre
